Adults don’t want to be forced to play games but left on their own and not controlled, forced or regulated , we have found people will volunteer to participate. We provide an atmosphere where they are free to interact in our team playing workshops and want to do it. No personal questions are asked. Our teambuilding workshop is non threatening.

The Clear Objective of Team Building is to Develop Listening Skills!

Don't be a bulldozer, we need to listen to others to have peace in our life. Listening involves more than our ears, it involves using our heart to truly understand what the person means with the words he is saying. We must not try to control people but need to let them do what they will. When you are listening with your heart and not controlling others, you will live in peace. According to Patricia Evan in the book "Controlling Relationships", "It is if you erase people, actually destroying people when you don't really hear what they say." When you roll over person and do what you to do to them it is called oppression. I call this kind of person a bulldozer. Let's call it what it is, it is abuse. Abuse destroys a person, leaves them exhausted ands drained of energy. It causes stress, physical pain and can lead to battery and possibly death. It certainly does not make for a happy productive workplace.

You may say you do not have time to really listen to everyone and try to understand them. How much time does it take to correct all the mistakes that occur because of your lack of care and not truly listening to everyone? How much does it cost your company because your employees are physically ill because their psychological boundaries were violated all the time? How much has rudeness and lack of consideration for employees cost in lost production and increased product costs? Do your employees volunteer to help your customers and others?

Here is an true example of not listening to what a person is saying. A man shows up at the door of a single lady's house. He says he is selling a subscription to the local newspaper. He is trying very hard to get her to let him into her house. She is concerned and calls 411 to get the number of the police department and the number of the Circulation department of the newspaper. The operator gives her the number of the Editorial Department, which is closed until the next day, and the a number at the police department that was not manned at that time. Is this good work? Had the man not chosen to leave this incidence could have had a tragic ending.

I have the solution for you. I will come to your facility. I will divide the group you select to be involved into teams. They will learn to problem solve, learn to really listen to others, and learn to care about someone besides themselves. They will chose, as a team, to make one person shine. To make that person a star just like at clown school. Then the stars from each team will compete for First, Second and Third place. C. Send one or more or your employees to Clown School at Circus Circus in Nevada.
Clown school is a three day course held at Circus Circus several times a year in Reno or Las Vegas, NV. In those three days, a person can learn the basics necessary to be a party clown. Such things as face painting, magic, skits, games, costumes, and balloon twisting are taught. Balloon twisting starts with the basics and progresses to many of the more elaborate balloons. D. We will train one of your employees to do your Company Picnic. We have found that that there is a clown or 2 in every group. We can help that person rise to the top to serve you for your picnic needs and any volunteer work in the community and teach them helpful skills at the same time.
